Why Choose Us

It is extremely important you hire an experienced and dedicated attorney to guide and assist you in your immigration journey. Attending your court date without an attorney can directly effect your case and could result in a negative outcome. You should choose your attorney based on their qualifications, experience, and whether they seem like a good fit. Don’t shop around just for prices. Low prices can indicate an overworked attorney that doesn’t have the time to dedicate to your matter.

An immigration lawyer is someone who has been through many years of school, had to take one or more bar exams to prove that they are qualified, and have to continue legal education to keep their bar license. A good immigration lawyer can see problems in your case, your documentation or your application that you can easily miss. A mistake can cost you time and money – and can delay or prevent receiving a work permit, Green Card, change in status, or other “routine” immigration application. They can also tell you what you are and are not eligible for, options that you didn’t know existed. If you handle matters yourself, you risk getting something called an “RFE” which is a request for additional evidence. Usually, those who handle their own matters end up having to go to an immigration attorney anyways to fix the problem. Then you will spend more money than you originally would have.

In order to evaluate all of your options, its important to be completely candid. You should tell your whole story, all facts even if they don’t seem like they’re important. The reasons is because even if it doesn’t seem important to you, it can be for your case. We are trained to evaluate you for all different types of relief and potential problems that could come up.

Your case is an investment. Every case is different so we develop our quotes only after evaluating all of the facts in a consultation. We don’t like to have any surprise bills at the end of a matter so we usually work on a flat fee. Once we meet and go over your case, then we can give you a quote based on everything you may need. We develop our fee based on the value returned to you. You are investing in your future here so ultimately your fee is a small amount in comparison to the total amount you will earn working in the U.S, the time you get with your family, and the improved quality of life you get from settling your case.
